On November 13-14, 2024, Enesis Group held the Sales Academy Train the Trainer (TTT) at Sunlake Hotel Jakarta. This program was attended by selected Regional Sales Manager GT (RSM) and Area Sales Manager GT (ASM) who were prepared to become reliable trainers in their respective regions.
Through the Sales Academy TTT, participants are provided with sales materials based on the “Enesis Way” standard which prioritizes uniformity in working methods and strategies to support the company’s business targets. This program not only focuses on improving technical skills in the sales field but also strengthens the ability to build good relationships with consumers and teams.
On the first day, the main session was guided by the Trainer, Mr. Bagus Sudaryanto, who provided an in-depth understanding of strategies and techniques to become an effective Trainer. The second day was filled with a hands-on practice session through role play as a Trainer. Each participant was given 15 minutes to deliver the material they had learned. After the presentation, participants received constructive feedback from the Trainer and other colleagues, which aimed to improve the quality of delivery and build their confidence as Trainers.
This program is the final part of the Sales Academy General Trade series. With this training, Enesis Group ensures that the best sales standards, namely the “Enesis Way”, can be applied consistently across all operational areas, supporting sustainable business growth.
