Collaborating with Becoming Human, a storytelling platform that fosters a transformative community that promotes empathy, growth, and positive change, Plossa supports the “Day of Being Human: The Broken One Grows” activity which will be held on July 27, 2024 at Kuningan City Ballroom, Jakarta. The activity is a festival that invites more than 25+ speakers who will share their experiences celebrating all the brokenness and growth as humans in their lives.
Plossa’s Senior Brand Manager, Rio Sumadiwangsa said that Plossa realizes that even good mental health allows a person to maximize their potential in facing various life challenges, overcoming problems, and establishing healthy relationships with others.
On the same occasion, Chelsea Islan and Jovial da Lopez in the session “Yang Tumbuh Dengan Karya” told how the use of aromatherapy can help regulate calm and thoughts. Chelsea Islan said that she often gets questions that trigger anxiety. When she gets these questions, Chelsea tries to take her own time to regulate calm, one of which is by inhaling aromatherapy, Plossa. “When I use this, I think it helps relaxation to regulate calm,” said Chelsea. The same thing was said by Jovial da Lopez “Plossa is one of the practical stress reliefs that can be inhaled which helps when we want to regulate calmness of mind,” said Jovial.
Putra Wiramuda, Mindfulness Practitioner said that the use of aromatherapy together with breathing exercises can be first aid when our mental condition is not good, so that during the breathing exercise session, practical exercises about mindfulness and meditation were taught, getting to know the benefits of mindfulness, and how to apply it in everyday life with Plossa.
Not only that, Plossa also opened an interactive booth that invited visitors to participate in games and fill out personality quizzes to better understand themselves.
