Fighting Obesity, Enesis Group Holds 90 Days Challenge at Plant Cikarang

Results of medical check up (MCU) at PT. Sari Enesis Indah Cikarang shows that more than 60% of Enesis Group employees are obese. In response to this, Enesis Group is holding a competition with prizes called the 90 Days Challenge. This competition requires participants to lose their ideal weight by adopting a healthy lifestyle for 90 days.

Obesity is one of the precursors to the emergence of various diseases such as metabolic diseases, namely diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, dyslipidemia and also musculoskeletal diseases. The terms and conditions for taking part in this challenge are that participants are employees with level 1-3 obesity status, then participants will have their height, abdominal circumference and weight checked at the clinic on March 4 2024, then after that participants will also be monitored and coached. with a doctor. On May 6 2024, a second inspection will be carried out and the final inspection will be carried out on June 4 2024. The winner of this competition will be announced on June 19 2024 at the Plant 1 Canteen Hall, Cikarang at 11.00 – 12.00 WIB as well as a cash prize event of Rp. 1,000,000 for first place, Rp. 750,000 for second place, and Rp. 500,000 for third place.

Registration for this challenge is done by filling in the link distributed in employee emails. During the challenge period, participants will be monitored regularly via the WhatsApp group created by the team.
