Enesis Group Present at UI CISE Expo 2024

As an FMCG industry that focuses on household and personal care products, Enesis Group also enlivened the UI CISE Expo 2024 as a form of support for the career development of students and other job seekers. UI CISE Expo is the largest annual career expo in Indonesia organized by the University of Indonesia and KarirLab which provides a series of activities for the development of soft skills and work readiness for quality talents, which can be implemented by corporate partners as a forum for employer branding.

This activity aims to help students prepare to enter the world of work, provide easy access for all partners to connect and recruit students, increase the involvement of corporate partners with university partners in a similar environment, and become a means to increase engagement and networking for one corporate partner with other partners.

The series of UI CISE Expo 2024 activities are divided into two events, namely an online event held on September 3-28, 2024 including a series of supporting online activities with discussion topics on work preparation and career support, such as business competitions, webinars, industry bootcamps, and training. Meanwhile, the offline event was held on September 27-28 at the Balairung Universitas Indonesia with a series of live resume builder events, career expo, exclusive company sessions, and company talks.

Enesis Group has the opportunity to provide an inspiring webinar. Grisella da Lopez, Section Head of Public Relations Enesis Group, shares her experiences in her career journey from intern to her current position through a session titled “From Intern to Section Head of Public Relations. What’s the Key?”.

In addition, Didin Solahudin, RnD Pharma Head Enesis Group, will provide in-depth insights into the company in the Company Talk session.

In addition, Enesis also presents Exclusive One-on-One Coaching guided by two professionals in their fields, namely Muhammad Yusuf Affandi, OD. Talent, Performance & Change Management Dept. Head and RM. Ardiantara, HR Service, Rewards & PR Dept. Head. This exclusive coaching session provides an opportunity for participants to get to know Enesis Group better, explore career opportunities, and get tips on professional development in the company.

Enesis Group opens opportunities for UI students and job seekers to join through a talent pool that can be accessed by scanning the barcode on the booth banner. In addition, CV review services carried out directly by the Enesis Group Talent Acquisition team are also available for 15 people per session.

As a form of appreciation to visitors, Enesis Group provides two free products to participants who follow the Instagram social media accounts @enesisgroup and @lifeatenesis. In addition, an interactive Kahoot quiz with e-wallet voucher prizes for 3 winners also enlivened the event at the booth.

Of the many participating partners, Enesis Group successfully attracted the attention of many participants with an informative and interactive exhibition booth and was selected as the winner of the best booth at the UI CISE Expo 2024.
