As a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in Indonesia, Enesis Group this time participated in the ITB Integrated Career Days event on 18-19 October 2024 which was held at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) precisely in the East Hall & East Campus Center of ITB, Bandung.
ITB Integrated Career Days is one of ITB’s concrete steps as a leading educational institution to meet the demands of a professional and qualified workforce with the aim of being a bridge between the Business World and Industry (DUDI). This event was attended by around 28 national and multinational companies. The series of ITB Integrated Career Days events include company expo, company presentation, campus hiring (drop CV/Test/Walk-in Interview/FGD), entrepreneur fest, CV consultation and career counseling.
Not only opening an interactive booth, Enesis Group had the opportunity to give a speech at the opening of the event represented by Muhammad Yusuf Affandi as OD Talent, Performance & Change Management Dept. Head of Enesis Group and also had the opportunity to fill the company presentation represented by Susanty Olhana as Head of Plant SEI Cikarang.
In addition, Enesis Group also presents Exclusive One-on-One Coaching guided by two professionals in their fields, namely Muhammad Yusuf Affandi, OD. Talent, Performance & Change Management Dept. Head and RM. Ardiantara, HR Service, Rewards & PR Dept. Head. This exclusive coaching session provides an opportunity for participants to get to know Enesis Group better, explore career opportunities, and get tips on professional development in the company.
Enesis Group opens opportunities for job seekers to join through a talent pool that can be accessed by scanning the barcode on the booth banner. In addition, CV review services carried out directly by the Enesis Group Talent Acquisition team are also available for 15 people per session.
As a form of appreciation to visitors, Enesis Group gave two free products to participants who followed the Instagram social media accounts @enesisgroup and @lifeatenesis. In addition, an interactive Kahoot quiz with e-wallet voucher prizes for 3 winners also enlivened the event at the booth.
