Enesis Group, a leading FMCG company that focuses on household & personal care production, has again demonstrated its commitment to developing young Indonesian talents by actively participating in the 2024 IPB Job Fair. This event, which was held on 17-18 May 2024 at Grha Widya Wisuda, IPB Dramaga Campus, was an event for the Enesis Group to meet and recruit the best young talents from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB).
Carrying the theme “Elevate Your Career Trajectory”, IPB Job Fair 2024 presents various interesting activities, including career preparation & selection, career expo, internship expo, scholarship expo, entrepreneurship expo, webinar series, and online chat with company HRD. Enesis Group, as one of the 36 industrial partners present, succeeded in attracting the attention of many participants with its informative and interactive exhibition booth.
Not only opening a booth, Enesis Group had the opportunity to provide Industrial Insight presented by Diki Rustaman as Senior Brand Manager of Adem Sari RTD. Apart from that, Enesis also presents Exclusive One-on-One Coaching guided by two professionals in their field, namely Muhammad Yusuf Affandi, OD. Talent, Performance & Change Management Dept. Head – HRGA and RM. Ardiantara, HR Service, Rewards & PR Dept. Head. This exclusive coaching session provides the opportunity for participants to get to know Enesis Group more closely, explore career opportunities, and get professional development tips at the company.
Enesis Group opens opportunities for students, IPB alumni and other jobseekers to join through the Enesis Group talent pool. Registration can be done via the barcode that is displayed on the Enesis Group banner.
As a form of appreciation to visitors, Enesis Group provides two free products to participants who follow the Instagram social media accounts @enesisgroup and @lifeatenesis. The excitement of the event was further felt by the holding of a Kahoot game with digital voucher prizes for 3 winners.
