Enesis Group Holds Townhall 2025

Starting 2025, Enesis Group held a Town Hall Meeting as a form of the company’s commitment to continue to increase the company’s economic and social value. Carrying the theme Sustain Growth Momentum, we are invited to continue to maintain the fighting spirit and innovation in facing increasingly complex business dynamics. Taking place at the Sheraton Bandung Hotel, the event attended by Excomm and Level Asmen Up and held on January 9-10, 2025, was lively and inspiring.

Starting with a stunning Jaipong dance, the event was officially opened by the Chief HR, Legal, PR, RA Enesis Group Bambang Cahyono who opened the 2025 Town Hall, encouraging the Enesians who attended. Furthermore, the Chief Executive Officer of Enesis Group Aryo Widiwardhono comprehensively explained the company’s achievements and accomplishments throughout 2024 which were full of challenges and lessons that can be used as provisions to create opportunities in the future.

To review the Enesis Group’s 2024 business journey, a 2024 kaleidoscope was displayed that summarized important and memorable moments for the company. The core session of the event was the discussion of the 2025 Business Plan, where the company’s direction and strategy for 2025 were presented. The event was then continued with a kick-off ceremony by the C-level ranks, marking the start of a new era with new enthusiasm and targets.

The atmosphere was even more lively with various interactive games, such as Kahoot which tested participants’ knowledge of the business plan material presented by the CEO, as well as a picture guessing game that honed creativity and team cohesion.

Next, in the Sarasehan session, employees were given the opportunity to convey their aspirations, any complaints, or questions directly to level C, which were then answered frankly and transparently. This session was designed to present effective and warm interactive communication so that it can strengthen the relationship between management and employees.

As a form of joint commitment, all participants filled out a commitment card via the Padlet application. This card contains points that each individual wants to start, continue, and stop for self-resolution.

In the evening, the event continued with a gala dinner themed on professional clothing. The participants performed creatively and a performance from the Saung Udjo angklung, a very famous traditional Sundanese art performance.
