Commemorating the 59th National Health Day entitled “Soaring Forward Towards Health Resilience”, the Ministry of Health is holding a pharmaceutical and medical equipment exhibition on 09 – 11 November 2023 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Senayan, Central Jakarta.
The event which lasted for 3 days was attended and opened directly by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ma’ruf Amin. In his speech, he hoped that efforts in mastering technology and innovation would be intensified to ensure that development in the health sector would not be left behind by other countries. Apart from that, the development of health innovation and technology must also go hand in hand and be integrated to create effective and efficient health services.
Apart from the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Budi G. Sadikin as Minister of Health also gave his speech. He said that the transformation of health resilience was to realize domestic pharmaceutical and medical equipment independence. It is hoped that the transformation of the health system related to medicines, vaccines and medical devices needed by the Indonesian people can be produced domestically.
