Enesis Group’s Supply Chain Division conducted a Business Review on March 16-17 at Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort, West Java.
This Business Review carries the theme “Success Through Synergy” and was attended by Mr. Danny Tan Chong Hian (Chief Operating Officer Enesis Group), Mr. David Chendra (Chief Supply Chain Officer), Plant (Production, PPIC, QC, ENG, HSE), Project Engineering, QA&HSE Corp, PPI, Supply and Operation Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Data Analyst.
This business review was held to evaluate teamwork during 2022, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, leadership, problem solving and decision making.
At the end of the session the Supply Chain Team held an outbound fun to strengthen cooperation and cohesiveness between the teams.
