ENESIS GROUP, an FMCG company that focuses on the production of household & personal care, such as Soffell, Kispray, Antis, Force Magic, and Plossa Press & Soothe Aromatics, as well as ready to drink products and food supplements such as Adem Sari, Vegeta Herbal, Vegeta Scrubber, and Amunizer holds Town Hall Corporate Meeting 2023.
This Townhall event was held at Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention, Sunter, Jakarta on December 18 2023. The 2023 Enesis Group Town Hall was attended by 120 Enesis employees.
This event is an opportunity to gather, share information, and create synergy, therefore through this event, Enesis Group comes together to discuss the company’s achievements, challenges and plans for the future.
The 2023 Enesis Group Town Hall began with a people update presentation and an introduction to the board of directors committee, on this occasion the C-levels carried out a performance update for 2023. In this presentation the C-Levels also explained the achievements, vision and KPI strategies that will be used for the next year. next year, of course this strategic plan will be used to achieve mutual success, therefore all participants can listen, participate and provide input. Apart from that, at the Town Hall Meeting, Enesis Group launched the Plossa Mini Refill which will be launched generally in January 2024.

If, in general, Town Hall events are only followed by presentations by C-Level or division officials regarding KPI performance and strategy, through the Enesis Group 2023 Town Hall we also held a workshop activity, which is an activity to listen to experts’ opinions regarding a problem in a particular field. In this activity, Enesis Group employees sit in a circle and conduct a question and answer session including voicing ideas, questions or comments directly to leaders at Enesis Group. Through this approach, Enesis Group employees can feel closer to the C-Level and can carry out open transparency for the company’s sustainability.
In order to create a stronger bounding and not create a stiff atmosphere, in the final session of the Town Hall event, team building games were provided, there were 4 games held, namely marching pre-games, performance chants, Kahoot mini games, and playing guess the picture. This activity can lighten the atmosphere of the Town Hall which is quite serious and also be a place to introduce divisions to each other. Apart from that, because these 4 games are group games, they can be a way to train solidarity between division members.
By holding this annual meeting, Enesis Group hopes to continue evaluating its previous performance to continue providing quality health products to the community and become a company that always provides adequate welfare for each of its employees.
