Soffell again adds a row of its achievements that have previously been engraved with the achievement of Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2015 for anti-mosquito lotion category. The award given directly to Widodo Krisyatmoko (Marketing Manager I) held at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. This is Soffell’s award for the 6th time, having previously achieved in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2009, and 2008.
The ICSA Award was held by SWA Magazine with research institute Frontier Consulting Group based on surveys conducted in 6 major cities in Indonesia namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar by taking samples taken from 7,500 respondents. In ICSA there are 4 parameters in getting customer satisfaction level, that is satisfaction to product and service quality, satisfaction to price paid, and belief as best brand in the case of satisfaction in the future.
With the achievement of the ICSA 2015 award proves the great customer satisfaction with Soffell’s products and further strengthens Soffell’s commitment to always provide the best service to its customers.
