Supporting a Healthy Lifestyle, Vegeta and Plossa Attended the 2025 Glowlympic Women Fun Run in Padang

As a commitment to supporting a healthy lifestyle, VEGETA and PLOSSA participated in the Wardah Glowlympic Women Fun Run 5K, held on July 6, 2025, in Padang, West Sumatra. This event served as a crucial opportunity to encourage the public—especially women—to care more about their health through fun physical activities and hands-on education.

Over the course of the day, the VEGETA and PLOSSA teams were present to assist thousands of participants through various interactive, educational and informative activities. In addition to providing information about the importance of maintaining a healthy digestive system and immune system, the booth area also featured PLOSSA’s relaxing massage service, a favorite among participants after completing the 5K run. Furthermore, a “Healthy Glow”-themed photo booth was available, a popular spot for capturing exciting moments with friends and family.

This activity was optimally utilized to convey the importance of maintaining a strong immune system through healthy habits in daily life, such as managing diet, maintaining adequate fluid intake, and exercising regularly. With a communicative and engaging approach, participants were able to more easily understand the educational messages and were encouraged to consistently adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Through participation in this activity, VEGETA and PLOSSA hope to be part of consumers’ journey in building healthier, more active, and more balanced lifestyle habits.
