Enesis Group will be present to enliven Unpad Career Fest 2025 on August 20–21, 2025, at Bale Santika, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor. Themed “Your Career Starts in Semester 1,” this year’s Unpad Career Fest serves as a strategic platform for students, recent graduates, and job seekers to begin planning their future careers early. For Enesis, this theme aligns perfectly with the company’s commitment to supporting young Indonesian talent. We believe that a career doesn’t begin after graduation, but rather is a long process that can be prepared for from the beginning of college. Therefore, Enesis Group’s participation in Unpad Career Fest this year not only opens up job opportunities but also provides participants with a space to explore and learn.
Participant enthusiasm was high, not only during game sessions like Kahoot Quiz and Spin the Wheel, but also during CV reviews, walk-in interviews, and industrial insight activities. Participants actively asked about career opportunities and the work culture at Enesis, and they also demonstrated a keen curiosity about the professional world. The Enesis booth itself was designed to be a friendly and dynamic, interactive space. This was done so that participants could feel comfortable discussing with the team, sharing experiences, and trying out the various activities provided.
