The golden SMK3 flag is a form of appreciation given to companies that have implemented a Safety and Health Management System. The form of government appreciation and appreciation is contained in Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
In 2023, Enesis Group, represented by Mr. Otang Subandi as the Cikarang HSE team, has successfully received an appreciation for the “Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3)”. This appreciation was given directly by Ida Fauziyah as the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia on 22 June 2023 at The Tribrata, South Jakarta.
Ida Fauziyah stated “This activity is part of the government’s efforts, especially the Ministry of Manpower in campaigning for OSH by giving appreciation in the form of K3 Awards to parties who have successfully implemented K3, both the government and corporate sectors.”
Mr. Fahmi Syaiful as Head of HSE Cikarang stated “of course we are proud and we should be grateful because this is part of the appreciation from the Government, especially the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) in the form of K3 Awards to parties who have successfully implemented K3, one of which is PT. SARI ENESIS INDAH CIKARANG who was summoned to receive the K3 award in the SMK3 category by achieving a gold certificate, out of a total of 288 companies that have successfully obtained an SMK3 certificate in 2023. But it cannot be separated from receiving the award, what is clear is that our active role is that we must always strive to continue to cultivate K3 culture in the environment in which we work”.
The OHS award is given to companies that have implemented an K3 management system, one of which is by minimizing work accidents during working hours. In addition, companies that are able to overcome HIV / AIDS in the work environment as well as the prevention and control of Covid-19.
The event was held with the aim of motivating companies to always maintain K3 performance, because K3 is an investment and to maintain business continuity, as well as achieve company productivity.
