Enesis Group once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of young Indonesian talent by participating in the ATMI Surakarta 2025 Job Fair, held from June 18–20, 2025, at the Solo Trade Center Building in the Solo Techno Park area. This event served as a strategic platform connecting education and industry, while simultaneously opening broader access for the younger generation to competitive and relevant career opportunities.
With the theme “Create Your Own Destiny,” this Job Fair encouraged students, recent graduates, and job seekers, particularly in Surakarta, to actively participate in building their future careers. Enesis Group’s participation in this event not only aimed to create job opportunities but also served as part of the company’s efforts to strengthen long-term synergies between industry and educational institutions.
During the three-day event, Enesis Group presented various activities that were not only informative but also interactive. Beyond just company profile presentations, the Enesis Group team also offered participants the opportunity to participate in walk-in interviews as part of the initial on-site selection process. Furthermore, a CV review session was available, where participants received professional feedback to improve their application documents and make them more competitive.
The Enesis Group booth itself was designed to be an open and dynamic interaction space. To create a fun experience and build rapport with attendees, Enesis Group also held an interactive quiz through Kahoot! and distributed products and merchandise as a token of appreciation to attendees. Enesis Group’s involvement in the ATMI Surakarta 2025 Job Fair demonstrates the company’s commitment to developing superior, adaptable human resources who are ready to face global challenges.
