Enesis Group Appreciates Employees by Giving Gifts of Tours to Asia, Australia, and Europe

Sales Awards 2024 is held through a sales program as a form of company appreciation for the achievements of the sales team during the period. This program is designed to provide awards and assistance to Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) who have succeeded in achieving the targets set at the beginning of the period.

This Sales Award is very special because Enesis Group provides a memorable experience to the awardees with prizes in the form of overseas tours. Travel destinations are divided into three categories based on the level of achievement, namely Strata 1 for Europe which was implemented on April 22-30, 2025, Strata 2 for Australia on April 12-17, 2025, and Strata 3 for Vietnam on May 6-10, 2025. The targets set have been adjusted to each outlet based on growth potential and regional contribution value.

The award was given to ASM and RSM whose regions met the achievement targets in terms of sell out, active outlets, loyalty turnover, and several other indicators.
