Amid the evolving dynamics of work and increasing professional demands, Enesis Group views employee well-being as an essential foundation for building a healthy and sustainable workplace culture. Beyond focusing solely on professional aspects, the company also provides opportunities for employees to maintain emotional and spiritual balance. One such initiative was the Christmas Retreat for Christian employees, held on January 10–11, 2026, at Santa Monica Resort, Bogor.
The Christmas Retreat was organized as part of the Christmas celebration and served as a moment for spiritual reflection and fellowship among Christian employees within Enesis Group. Carrying the theme “God Is Present to Save the Family,” the event aimed to remind participants of the true meaning of Christmas and the importance of family values as a foundation in both personal and professional life.
The retreat was attended by dozens of Christian employees from various departments. Over the two-day program, participants took part in a series of activities, including a joint worship session led by Raspen Naibaho, spiritual reflections delivered by Rev. Albert H. Purba, as well as group games, team activities, and sharing sessions. The entire program was designed to foster stronger connections, strengthen fellowship, and provide a space for self-reflection in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
More than just an event, the Christmas Retreat served as a platform to reinforce values of care, empathy, and togetherness. The reflections gained during the retreat are expected to encourage participants to implement values of love, responsibility, and harmony in both their family lives and workplace environment.
Through this initiative, Enesis Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting the holistic well-being of employees while providing space for each individual to practice their religious beliefs. The company hopes that employee development initiatives like this will continue to play a role in fostering a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture.
