Business Review Supply Chain Division, “Supply Chain…Take Off Position”

Business reviews are usually carried out as a benchmark for evaluating the work programs a team has carried out. On 16-17 October 2023, the Enesis Group Supply Chain Division held a business review at the Batiqa Jababeka Hotel, Cikarang with the theme See Through the Window “Supply Chain…TAKE OFF POSITION”.

This business review event was attended by Aryo Widiwardhono as Chief Executive Officer of Enesis Group, Ronny Widjaja as Chief Finance Officer of Enesis Group, Mudjibburrahman as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Enesis Group, Plant (Production, PPIC, QC, ENG, HSE), Project Engineering, QA&HSE Corp, PPI, Supply and Operation Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Data Analyst.

Not only evaluating work programs, on the sidelines of the event several games were also held to strengthen cohesiveness and cooperation between teams. At the end of the session there was a distribution of prizes for each team that had taken part in the business review event.

It is hoped that this business review can evaluate team work, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, leadership, problem solving and decision making.
