Having achieved the prestigious Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2013 for the 5th times by Soffell having previously received the same award in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012 has become one of the barometer of consumer satisfaction evidence.
ICSA survey conducted in 2013 by SWA Magazine together with Frontier research institute conducted against 122 brand categories. As with previous years, to measure the level of customer satisfaction or Total Satisfaction Score (TSS) of each brand obtained by using weighted means (weighted average) method of the four parameters measured, namely: Quality Satisfaction Score (customer satisfaction against product quality/services); Value Satisfaction Score (customer satisfaction against the price that they pay); Perceived Best Score (customer confidence that the brand that they are using is the best brand in terms of customer satisfaction); and the last is Expectation Score (customer measures against the brand on its ability in providing future satisfaction).
Survey that involves 7.500 respondents sample between the age of 15 – 65 years old in 6 major cities which is Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar put Soffell remain in the first rank in anti-mosquito lotion category. Through this award, Soffell wants to proof that the dynamic customer satisfaction can only be matched with a commitment to continue to provide satisfaction to the customer in order to survive in the hearts of the consumers.
