Benefits of Black Tea and Green Tea

Tea is the most consumed drink after coffee. Drinking tea not only for thirst reliever but also for when relaxing or welcoming guests or friends. Tea has different types such as white tea, black tea, and green tea.

Black tea and green tea come from the same plant, but with a different process of production. Green tea is processed without dried it first, beside black tea is, that's why black tea has a darker color.  Both black tea and green tea have the same benefits such are,

Tea has caffeine in it, even though green tea has lower caffeine than black tea. Both of them also contains the amino acid, L-theanine. L-theanine is good for lowering anxiety and promoting relaxation. Caffeine and L-theanine together can increase brain function and cognitive performance.
